*Vintage, Sunglasses, Swimwear, Intimates, furniture & Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged*
If you wish to EXCHANGE an item for a different size or store credit, please email us within 7 days to start the process. Contact us at email@example.com and a return label will be sent to you free of charge. (Please allow 72 hours for processing) However, you must provide payment for the new size or item to be shipped back out to you. Please title your email “EXCHANGE.”
REFUNDS are available, but must meet requirements listed below.
If you are unhappy with a purchase, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item & start the return process. If you wish to RETURN your item(s) for money back, you must provide & pay for your own shipping method. Send all returns to 6001 N Camino Miraval Tucson, AZ 85718. A refund will be issued within 14 days upon receiving your return package and can only be issued in the form of your original payment method. Please title your email “RETURNS”
* All returned or exchanged items will be inspected once received in house. They must be unworn, undamaged & with original tags (if there are any)
We fully inspect every item before they are shipped so it is not likely, but in the event you do receive a DAMAGED item please contact us immediately. Send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org An assessment will be made and you will be contacted within 72 hours.
